subscription in circulation to purchase a parsonage at Maysville, on South Branch Circuit, promises
success. Our Sunday school work has been prosperous, and our Sunday school literature is gradually on
the increase. In conference collections we hope to report considerable advancement. The Ministerial
Institute of the District held its semi-annual sessions in May and September—both of these sessions
were interesting and profitable. Quarterlies held in person, 45; quarterlies held by proxy, five; sermons,
170. Salary received, $494.99; presents, $12. With gratefulness to God for his goodness, and thanks to

Boundaries. Report of Boundary Committee:

1. Detach Union Chapel, Mt. Tabor, Otterbein, and Mt. Pleasant from Berkeley Springs
Circuit, and File’s and Mt. Carmel from Berkeley Circuit, to constitute a work to be called Morgan
Circuit.

2. Detach Mountain Valley and Claysville from New Creek Circuit and attach to
Hartmansville Mission, and that Hartmansville Mission be called Hartmansville Circuit.

3. That Singers Glen Mission be called Singers Glen Circuit.

4. Detach Winchester and Red Bud from Winchester Circuit, to be called Winchester Mission
Station.

5. Detach Mt. Pleasant and Cherry Grove from Frederick Circuit and attach to Winchester
Circuit.

6. That we recognize Shenandoah City, Roanoke, and Basic City as Mission Stations, subject
