On the district there have been about 200 accessions to the Church. Reports of Sunday school
literature will show quite an increase. The Telescope list is about the same. The Conference collections
will compare favorably with last year’s report. A ministerial institute was organized and one session
held. Quarterlies held; 46, four of them by proxy. Sermons, 159. Salary, $468.07; presents, $10. With
feelings of gratitude to God for his blessings, and to the brethren for their kindness, this report is
respectfully submitted, C. H. Crowell, P.E.

Boundaries. Report of Committee On Boundaries:
1. That the Presiding Elder’s district remain unchanged.

2. That the Quarterly Conference of Berkeley circuit have discretionary power to supply
Mt. Carmel and File’s appointment.

3. Detach Belmont from Augusta circuit and attach to Staunton Mission Station.

4. Detach Union Chapel and Pleasant Grove from Cross Keys circuit and attach to Augusta
circuit.

5. Detach Mt. Sinai and Keezletown from Dayton circuit and attach to Cross Keys circuit.

6. Attach Dayton station to Dayton Circuit.

It was adopted seriatim. The stationing committee was granted discretionary power in dividing
Edinburg circuit. The yeas and nays were ordered on granting the stationing committee power to return
a preacher over 3 years. The privilege was granted by yeas 19, nays 17. The Committee on Finance
reported as follows: Resolved, First, That one half of the assessments to church erection be applied to
local church erection; and Second, That $100 of the Albin Will Fund be appropriated to the Church at
