(d) Detach Ours and Sever’s from North Fork mission and attach to Oak Grove and Frosty Hollow, to be
called Petersburg circuit. (e) Detach Mt. Horeb and Reed’s Creek from Franklin circuit and attach to
North Fork mission. (f) Detach Hampshire Mines, Westernport and Dan’s Mountain from Elk Garden
mission, to be called Westernport station.

3. Potomac District: No changes.

4. Shenandoah District: That Winchester mission be called Winchester circuit. Detach Mt.
Hebron, Toms Brook and Pine Grove from Edinburg circuit, to be called Toms Brook mission.
