5. That Swift Run, Salem, Thoroughfare, and Bloss’s School House be detached from
Page Valley Circuit and be called East Rockingham Circuit, and the remainder of
Page Valley Circuit be called Page Valley Mission.
6. Detach Lye River from Rockbridge Mission to form the base of a work to be called
Nelson Mission.
7. That Whitesell’s be detached from Shady Grove Mission and attached to Dayton
Circuit.
8. The remainder of Shady Grove Mission be attached to Page Valley Mission.
9. That Dayton be detached from Dayton Circuit and form Dayton Mission Station.
10. Detach Seneca and Bennett’s from Franklin Circuit and attach to Mill Creek.
