3. Mechanicstown, Myersville, and Hagerstown Circuits; Hagerstown and Keedysville
Stations; and Potomac Mission, remain unchanged; and that Boonsboro Station be
called Boonsboro Circuit.
4. That St. Paul’s, Bedington, and Eagle’s School House be detached from Martinsburg
Station and attached to Tuscarora Circuit.
5. Detach Hanshaw, Ash Hollow, Bunker’s Hill, Coffman’s School House, and Three
Runs from Tuscarora Circuit, and attach to Back Creek, and it to be called Berkeley
Circuit.
6. That Martinsburg be a mission station.
7. Detach Mt. Hebron from Bath Circuit, and attach to Bloomery Circuit, and it be
constituted a mission, named Bloomery Mission.
8. Detach Cabin Run and Mt. Zion from Keyser City Mission, and attach to New Creek
Circuit.
9. Detach from Alleghany Circuit, Flat Woods, Bear Creek Forks, Manadeer’s Ridge,
Back Woods, and Savage River, and they constitute a work to be called Garrett
Circuit.
10. Bethlehem, Deer Park, Paradise, Deep Creek, Glendale, North Glade, Mt. Zion, and
Chestnut Grove constitute Alleghany Circuit.
11. That Westernport, Union Chapel, Aaron’s Run, and Keyser City constitute
Westernport Mission Station.
12. That Westernport Mission Station and circuit be referred to the Stationing Committee.
13. That Mt. Zion, Sangersville, Bridgewater, Spring Hill, Mt. Pisgah, and Pleasant
Grove appointments constitute Rockingham Circuit.
14. Detach all the appointments of Rockingham Circuit east of Valley Pike, and they be
called Shady Grove Circuit.
15. That Cacapon Mission be called South Fork Mission.
16. Detach Bennett appointment from Highland Circuit and attach to Mill Creek Circuit.
17. That the Freedman’s missions remain unchanged, but that the preachers be subject to
the presiding elder’s direction as to the enlargement of territory.
18. That the fields of labor name remain unchanged.
