Boundaries. Report of the Committee on Boundaries (p. 7)1:

1. The Presiding Elder Districts to remain unchanged.

2. We recommend that Frederick City appointment be detached from Frederick Circuit,
and constituted a mission station, with the understanding, that the circuit and station
be supplied together for the present.
