Boundaries. The Committee on Boundaries reported:
1. That the Presiding Elders Districts remain as they were.
2. That Spring Hill be detached from Churchville Circuit and attached to Augusta Circuit.
3. Detach Straight Creek from Franklin Circuit and attach to Pendleton Circuit.

5. That Mt. Olive, Lahmansville, Frye’s School House, with Greenland Gap, constitute
Moorefield Circuit.
6. That the remaining appointments of Moorefield Circuit be attached to Franklin Circuit.
7. Detach Dry Run from Toms Brook Circuit and attach to Shenandoah City Mission.
8. Consolidate Hartmansville Circuit with New Creek Circuit.
9. Detach Mt. Carmel from Bloomery Circuit and attach to Berkeley Circuit.
10. That Capon Springs Mission be called Capon Springs Circuit.
11. Detach Griffin’s School House, Conrad Union, Sandy Ridge, Baker’s Run, Sperry’s Run,
Bean’s Church, Grassy Lick, and McCauley’s Church from Lost River Circuit, to constitute Rio Circuit.
12. That Bethlehem and Swanton, of Garrett Circuit, be attached to New Creek Circuit.
13. Detach Salem from Martinsburg Station and attach to Berkeley Circuit. George P. Hott,
