Boundaries. The Boundary and Finance Committee respectfully reports that the committee was
organized with J. D. Donovan chairman and A P. Funkhouser secretary. The following changes are
recommended:
1. Detach Clay Hill from Rockbridge and attach to Churchville.
2. Detach Marion Chapel from South Branch and attach to Franklin.
3. A new circuit be authorized South of Roanoke to be called Christiansburg Circuit
4. The two districts and charges not mentioned above remain as they are.
5. The assessments to the charges are recommended as per table.
6. The following appropriations are recommended: to Roanoke First Church, $200; Roanoke
Second Church, $150; Harrisonburg charge, $125; Prince William charge, $75.
It is recommended that three members be added to the Conference Missionary Society, and that
this society then have power to appropriate an amount not to exceed $500 to the mission work in Keyser
and Cumberland, if in their judgment it is best to do so. It is further recommended that in the selection
of a location for a church in Keyser, that a special committee consisting of the presiding elder, pastor,
and general secretary, Dr. Weekley, together with two members to be selected by the quarterly
conference of the charge, be appointed to have charge of the matter of location and building. J. D.
