BAD WEATHER Policy: If the Rockingham County Schools are closed, the Museum is closed.
Above is the Heritage Museum. The house with the porch is the entrance. It contains the bookstore, upstairs genealogy library, and administrative offices.
The white barn on the left houses the large permanent exhibit - the Invincible Spirit.
Between these two structures are the FolkArt Exhibit and the Featured Exhibit.
On the far right is a brick building with the Electric Map and auditorium.
And behind all of this are the Conservation area, Archives, and storage.
